The cleanliness. The location and the staff are helping.

When given the room key for cleaning and changing the towels for the second day stay, the cleaning person has taken our snacks packets from the room. Because of snacks we didn't complain.But if it is something valuable then it may happen. I request the hotel authorities to take care of this issue.Staying guest: If you are there then request the cleaning service. Otherwise don't give the key for cleaning service.

Room was spacious and clean.

Bathroom did not had a soap holder in the shower area. Had to wait for a table to have breakfast.

We were given family room 606 and there were bed bugs couldn’t sleep at night after a tiring day trip.

The room was not properly arranged, the AC was not working, and the room's main door lock malfunctioned. The staff was a bit rude with us.

Extremely disappointing stay at Muscat Plaza Hotel!We stayed at Muscat Plaza Hotel from 26th to 28th December, booking 2 rooms for our family of 3 children.Check-in: We were supposed to check in at 12:00, but the confirmation later said the rooms would only be ready at 15:00. When we arrived on time, we had to wait 45 minutes and only got our rooms at 15:45. Reception staff were completely indifferent and unhelpful.Rooms and view: Rooms were very poor. Windows cannot be opened, and the view is just a gray wall of the neighboring building only 5 meters away. Very claustrophobic and depressing.Cleanliness / hygiene: The hotel is completely unsanitary. The carpet stinks, the shower is covered in mold, and it is disgusting to stay in the room.Noise: There is a loud ventilation fan that cannot be turned off even at night. We called the staff and asked them to fix or turn off the fan, but the technician just advised us to close the bathroom door, which did not help at all.The refrigerator did not work, just created noise.Breakfast: Breakfast was chaotic, overcrowded, and almost non-existent — practically nothing except boiled eggs. God forbid. Not worth paying for; much better to eat at a nearby café.Service: Overall service was terrible, typical of a low-quality, badly managed hotel. Staff did almost nothing to help.Overall: I don’t understand who gave this hotel 4 stars. Even hotels in remote work camps are better maintained and cleaner. Families with children will be very disappointed. It felt like a typical awful hotel experience, far below expectations.Conclusion:I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was extremely disappointing. Our children were shocked by the conditions and jokingly called it the “Indian hotel” because of the poor quality and service.

Location and you get what you pay for but don't expect too much

Its a long list of maintenace issues. Door frame come off after accidently opening the locked door. Internet and TV issues. Chipped furniture everywhere. Breakfast is Okayish. Staff wasn't too frinedly and not cared too much on any of the complaints. Property must have seen better days but needs complete overhaul. Its okay in this pricepoint but don't expect too much.

Smoling smell, noisy refrigirator in the room.

The property is in a busy city centre premises with offices and other work space. Finding a parking space can be very chaotic. There are sufficient eaterires around the property if you are willing to walk.

The room was spacious, but the window was facing the wall of another property. That could be depressing if you are someone who likes to have light in the room.

Location was great. Facilities was less but it was value for money.

WiFi range was poor not getting enough signal. Slippers were not provided. TV was not working. Room portion can be covered by curtain/ door for privacy. Staff and crockeries were not available during breakfast.

Clean and the staff were very friendly .location is very good near to many restaurants.

They have not kept hangers,bathroom slippers,hair dryer and no milk or cream to prepare tea or coffee.

The location is central and near from different places

I was reserving 2 nights with breakfast, unfortunately on the 2nd day with no notice the breakfast was cancelled and the restaurant was closed.... The compensation wasnot satisfactory to me.This was very unprofessional
